Consortium

DeepOmics was created as part of a collaboration between INRAE PROSE, INRAE LBE and INRAE OPAALE.
Irstea's IT Department also greatly contibuted to its development. Irstea is the institute that merged with INRA to form INRAE in 2020.

Associated partners and other contributors

We are grateful to Guilhem Heinrich, formerly working at ID2L, who contributed to DeepOmics development as a commerical service.

We also acknowledge the bioinformatic platform INRAE MIGALE for helpful discussions.

We are currently collaborating with the IFB, Institut Français de Bioinformatique, for the development of a module enabling the submission of raw sequences in DeepOmics to the ENA repository.

We also have interactions with INRAE MISTEA.
