Founding partners

DeepOmics was created as part of a collaboration between INRAE PROSE, INRAE LBE and INRAE OPAALE.
Irstea's IT Department also greatly contibuted to its development. Irstea is the institute that merged with INRA to form INRAE in 2020.

Associated partners and other contributors

We have recently started a collaboration with INRAE TBI (Toulouse Biotechnology Institute), through David Camilo Corrales, who leads the STAMM framework, to explore links between STAMM and DeepOmics.

We are currently collaborating with the IFB (Institut Français de Bioinformatique) for the development of a module enabling the submission of raw sequences from DeepOmics to the ENA repository.

We collaborated with INRAE MIAT (Mathématiques et Informatique Appliquées Toulouse) on the development of the module for shotgun metagenomics data.

We also acknowledge the INRAE bioinformatics platform MIGALE for helpful discussions.

We have also had fruitful exchanges with INRAE MISTEA on ontology-related aspects.
