Recently available

• A module to handle shotgun metagenomics data is now available.
• Data transfer from EnviBIS to DeepOmics is now available. DeepOmics is complementary to EnviBIS — an ontology-based information system dedicated to environmental biotechnology process data, developed by INRAE LBE, which does not integrate omics data but is well suited to online sensor data and continuous processes.

In progress

• A module to submit raw fastq sequences directly from DeepOmics to the ENA (European Nucleotide Archive) is being developed.
• In collaboration with Camilo Corrales (INRAE TBI), who leads STAMM, DeepOmics is exploring how to connect the two tools, bringing machine-learning model monitoring and FAIR process data closer together.
