DeepOmics

What is DeepOmics?

Digital Environmental Engineering Platform for OMICS data

DeepOmics is an on-line Information System for storing and querying data from environmental biotechnology processes, such as anaerobic digestion and activated sludge. This data can originate from laboratory reactors, pilots or full-scale plants.
The originality of DeepOmics lies in its ability to encompass and cross-reference operational data (process design and operational parameters, physico-chemical monitoring data), with meta-omic data on the characterization of microbial communities at the heart of the process.

DeepOmics thereby aims to facilitate the production of FAIR data and encourage the re-use of data for the purposes of knowledge production and the development of operational tools for the microbial management of processes.
