INRAE TBI

David Camilo Corrales (INRAE TBI) leads STAMM, an open-source framework for monitoring machine-learning soft sensors. Together, STAMM and DeepOmics will explore how to link their tools and bring model monitoring and FAIR process data closer together.

STAMM is developed as part of the European project BioIndustry 4.0 and the IBISBA research infrastructure. To find out more about the framework, its modules and publications, visit the STAMM website.

Behind this framework is David Camilo Corrales, whom DeepOmics is glad to welcome for this new collaboration.
