Accessing DeepOmics server

DeepOmics server is available at https://deepomics.inrae.fr/

How to log in depends on your situation.

Academic and research users
Account creation is free.

• If your institution is a member of the Renater Federation — most French higher-education and research institutions (universities, INRAE, CNRS, etc.) — log in with your usual institutional credentials: click “Login Renater” and select your institution.
• Otherwise (international academic partners, or if you do not have a Renater account), click “Create account” to fill in the registration form. Your request will then be reviewed and approved by the DeepOmics administrator. Once approved, click “Login” to sign in (“Recover password” if you have forgotten your password).

Private sector
If you are from the private sector, please contact us so we can discuss access.
